GENEL NİTELİKLER

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS

· University degree from a reputable university

· Minimum 2 years of experience in an management assistant position preferably in a multinational company, supporting at the executive level

· Excellent command of both written and spoken English. German is plus.

· Ability to prepare presentations and reports using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint )

· Excellent coordination, planning, problem solving, dealing abilities

· Advanced organizational and communication skills with attention to details and deadlines

· Ability to re-prioritise and work with multi-functional tasks

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assisting the General Manager/CEO in daily management routines

· Assisting the top management by acting internally and externally as a problem identification and resolution resource, answering questions, providing guidance

· Coordinating, organizing, scheduling appointments, events, interviews, meetings, business travels, and/or similar activities

· Gathering, consolidating, reporting, and/or translating related documents, metrics, and activities

· Effectively communicating with all parties in all levels internally and externally (by mail, telephone, documentation, etc.)
