QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to assist our Chairman of the Board of Directors to be assigned to our company.


GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Good level of Using Ms Office,

• Excellent organizational & communication, time management skills, strong attention to details,

• Excellent command of both spoken and written English

• Initiative taker and result-oriented.

• Presentable and positive interpersonal skills,

• Excellent command of written and spoken English,

• Planning agenda of related Executive

• Coordinating daily / weekly / monthly travel and business program of the related Executive

• Supporting Daily operations

• No barriers to domestic and international travel

• Coordinating the assistants of the related Executive in different cities

• Ensuring communication and coordination with other Executives

• Preparing presentations,reports and notes of meeetings

• Conducting correspondence with public and private institutions


JOB DESCRIPTON

• Managing the manager's e-mail, telephone and cargo traffic, following his appointments, carrying out the activities of welcoming and hosting guests, visitors, protocols, creating his daily agenda,

• Notifying the incoming instructions to the relevant managers, ensuring the flow of information between the managers and directors and the management,

• To make and follow up domestic and international correspondence by writing the texts given by the manager in accordance with the prescribed formats.

• Participating in the meetings attended by the Manager within the organization, if necessary, preparing the meeting minutes, filing them, keeping them ready for use when necessary, and following up the decisions taken,

• Travel, flight, accommodation, etc. Making reservations, getting tickets, renewing passports, realizing visa purchase processes and following up transportation plans,

• Assisting the manager's travel, accommodation, meal, appointment and domestic and international guest hosting organizations,

• Accompanying the Manager in external meetings and events when needed,

• Providing support in all business matters for which the manager is responsible, by adhering to the principle of confidentiality
