QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

İlknak Su Ürünleri San ve Tic A.Ş. was established in 1996 and one of the global and highest quality Mediteranean farmed fish fully integrated producer.

İlknak operates in İzmir and Muğla regions with hatchery, fish farming and packing facilities.

A General Manager Secretary, who is also competent in Administrative Affairs, will be recruited to be assigned in the head Office of our company operating in Çavuşköy, Menemen/İzmir.

Job Description:

· General manager’s secretary duties (organizing and following up General Manager appointments and meetings, follow up the issues that need to be reported to the General Manager and to request reports from the relevant people etc.)

· English-Turkish / Turkish-English translations,

· Monitoring the order of Menemen facility management buildings, garden and environment

· Communicate with the catering company and follow up its service

· Follow up the insurance policies of the company’s facilities,

· Rental of company vehicles, monthly bill payments, tracking of km and fuel consumptions,

· Booking travel tickets and hotel organizations for company employees

Attributes:

· Very good command of English ,

· Associate's or Bachelor's degree

· Have a good command of computer skills (Excel, Word etc…)

· Strong communication and social skills,

· Result-oriented, careful and meticulous,

· Inclined to cooperation and teamwork,

· Having a Class B license and able to drive actively,
