Now, we are looking for a Guest Experience Supervisor who must have;
Core Activities
- To assist Guest Experience Ambassador in the operations.
- To check the room blockage of the guests on Arrival and to fulfil the special guest requests.
- To ensure the order of the documents in Shift.
- To check whether the registration cards are entered completely or not.
- Immediately informing/informing the issues that he cannot solve.
- Checking the reservations of VIP guests and the set-up preparations of their rooms, meeting the guests at the desk and dealing with their requests.
- To examine and resolve problems faced by guest relations personnel,
- To educate employees about guest relations,
- Maps, directions, restaurant brochures, shopping guide etc. must be available at the desk
- Helping guests if they have special requests (room decoration, restaurant reservation, etc.)
Competencies
- University degree from a related school
- At least 3 years experience as a Guest Experience Supervisor
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Experienced in MS Office programs
- Highly motivated and solution oriented
- Good listener, calm, empathic
- Negotiator, punctual, patient.
