Job Description & Responsibilities:

In the role of Joy Advisor Supervisor you will be supporting the Guest Relations Manager in any way that you can, holding down the fort when the manager is away, and keeping Team happy whilst assisting them whenever they need support. You will have to be willing to put the hours in, not only ot prove yourself on the role, but to always be there to assist your team. They will be looking to you for advice, help and to resolve problems whenever they arise. You will assist the Guest Relations Manager in daily operations; evaluate the work performance of the team; handle guest compaints; allocate work to team members, assist the manager with recruitment, training, promotion and performance evaluation; motivate employees, cunduct team meeting.

Requirements:

A minimum of two years hospitality management experience in an upscale hotel,

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field,

Acknowledge of the principles and processes for providing personalized services including needs assessment techniques, quality service standards,

Alternative delivery systems, and guest satisfaction evaluation techniques,

Speaking, writing, reading Turkish, Russian and English (German will be a plus),
