QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor's degree from Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering etc.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in related any controlling topics
- Profound knowledge in Reporting System
- Advanced MS Office especially Excel skills
- Excellent written and conversational skills in English
- Excellent organizational, communicational and interpersonal skills
- Having ability for analytical mind, strong planning skills and understanding the value of detailed accuracy
- Good team player with strong problem solving skills

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for creating, analyzing and publishing reports. Also, follows the quality check of data in the system
- Supports preparing local budget files. Analyses HR data (FTE and costs) in detail on employee level and central adjustments
- Prepares monthly Premium calculations for the respective departments
- Maintains data in SAP due to the organizational changes
