We are looking for “EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE SENIOR SPECIALIST” who will be a part of Gürok HR Team.
Who we are looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering fields from reputable universities of Turkey (higher degrees will be an asset)
- 2-4 years of experience in HR functions such as Recruitment, L&D, Talent Management..etc,
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is a plus,
- Advanced level of both written & spoken English,
- Experience in e-learning content development tools, (Enocta etc.),
- Excellent reporting & presentation skills,
- Following up the technological developments,
- Well-organized, a self-motivated with enthusiasm and initiative.
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Being a touch point of employee experience projects.
- Responsible of corporate intranet development process,
- Creating and following communication plans for our employees.
- Taking role in transformation of Learning & Development system,
- Development of employer branding process,
- Driving employee experience projects,
- Improving digital learning experience through LMS platforms,
- Prepare periodical reports on trainings and projects,
- Following future trends for designing employee journey and projects.
