Job Description
· Coordination and implementation of project
· Responsible for day-to-day management
· Provision of quality policy advice services
· Supporting activities related to assessing capacities and needs of the project, in close collaboration with the customer
· Be responsible and accountable for the overall management and administration of the project, and the timely and quality delivery of all project outputs; ensure daily functioning of the project requirements.
· Actively support the project team with quality assurance, reporting, field services
· Preparation of the project work plans and project reports
· Provide advice on key issues in the project area
· Regularly visit local authorities , create a source of candidates
· Preparation of briefs, talking points and relevant materials for project requirements.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Min. 3 years of experience in project management,
· Preferably familiar with processes & concepts in Human Resources
· Analytical mindset
· No obstacle to travel abroad
· B class driving licence
· High capability to solve problems
· A self motivated, success driven, result oriented, self confident personality
· Have good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
