Job Description
Coordinate, follow up and further develop regular onboarding programs for new comers
Prepare annual training plan and follow up training participation & evaluation
Initiate, coordinate and followup external supplier offers, contracts, invoices
Keep training database up to date and provide quarterly training analysis and reports
Support and take active role in Organizational Development HR Projects in line with company strategies such as Intranet, Training System, Internet.
Research best practices in Learning, Development, Training areas in local and global platforms and work closely with Vaillant Group HR in implementation of Group applications
Provide guidance and service in training and development areas to internal customers (employees)
Prepare and update Organizational Development policies, procedures and work flows.
