GENEL NİTELİKLER

Job Description

Turkon Line has been one of the leading companies in the maritime transport (container transport) sector for more than 20 years with its regular services in the USA, Mediterranean, Black Sea and Northern Europe regions. We are looking for a HRBP who will be responsible for overseas HR processes at our Headquarter, Altunizade/İstanbul.

• Being the first point of contact for all overseas (USA, Germany, Belgium, UK) countiries employees, regarding all HR processes, systems and practices and working on field,
• Identifying business units’ needs, coordinating employee issues and leading all HR processes.
• Building strong relationship and trust with country managers and employees to generalize HR processes, values and principles,
• Leading HR projects regarding employee engagement, training programs, recruitment, organizational development, compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Master / Bachelor degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Economics or related field,
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in an international HR position,
• Fluency in English,
• Excellent communication skills in verbal and written
• Good command of MS Office applications,
• Able and willing to travel.
