Responsible for all functions of the HR management including performance management, development, recruitment and compensation in the area of responsibility
Responsible for providing HR guidance to all employees within their defined scope
Implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business
Initiating, developing and implementing HR processes
Coaching managers in application of HR processes and employee engagement activities
Administration of HR policies and practices in a consistent and professional manner
Building strong relationship and trust with leaders and employees to obtain a positive employee relations and working environment
Ensuring policies and procedures are tracked and applied
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or Engineering
Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Turkish
Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility
Strong interpersonal negotiation and coaching skills
