Job Description:
- Playing an active role in the core HR processes for the departments and subsidiaries
- Actively conducting the selection and placement process by supporting the job analysis of the required positions,
- Following and improving the performance and abilities of the employees and supporting their individual development plans,
- Preparation of Training plans and implementation,
- Developing activities and projects about employee motivation,
- Following the Employee Satisfaction Survey and action plans,
- Preparation and execution of procedures and instructions related to the responsible processes.
