QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or Engineering Departments
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience
- Fluent in English
- Good command of MS Office Programs
- Excellent interpersonal negotiation, coaching and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized, team player, pro-active and result oriented
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead, steer and run HR Business such as Recruitment, Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development processes
- Provide HR guidance to all employees within their defined scope
- Implement and adapt overall global strategies and policies to the local needs
- Build relationships at all levels of the organization to obtain a positive employee relation and working environment
- Have an active role in local and global HR projects
- Ensure policies and procedures are tracked and applied
