QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Operating nine factories based in Turkey’s industrial heartlands, continuing expansion over decades has enabled us to become a global brand with a production, sales and distribution offices in the UK, Germany, France and Russia.
KOROZO has one of the largest manufacturing facilities in the Middle East and Europe with a production capacity exceeding 123.000 tons, a turnover of almost 300 million euros and employing around 2000 staff including regional offices.
For our growing organisation we are looking for a Innovation Process Specialist to join our Innovation Team.
Responsibilities and qualifications are mentioned below;
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in engineering or sciences,
- +2 years of experience,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Methodical and process oriented approach to work,
- Effective end to end project management capability,
Good personal and communication skills, a good team player, - Able to use MS Office
programs well, preferably with SAP experience, - Residing / able to reside in the European Side of Istanbul.
In this role you will be;
- Coordinating implementation of the Product Development Process across the Korozo Group,
- Championing correct project management by working with project responsibles to implement their roles correctly,
- Managing the project portfolio database and ensuring that they are always complete and up-to-date,
- Supporting the commercial development roles within the Product Development Process.
