QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking to actively shape the future at our location in Izmir, in Human Resources Department having the following qualifications:

Responsibilities

  • HR Business Partner; Executing end-to-end recruitment cycle (onboarding, orientation, development management) to ensure the right candidates for the business,
  • Follow-up, track and evaluate company KPI’s, technical and behavioral competencies under Performance Management System in coordination with department heads,
  • Identify and implement development plans in order to support the employees under Talent Management and Development procedures,
  • Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities,
  • Providing effective and comprehensive support in all HR functions including organizational development, payroll, personal administrative affairs, compensation and benefits, performance management, HR related policies to build the strength of the organization.
  • Prepares monthly, quarterly, annually KPI reports.
  • Supports internal customers (departments) by communicating, informing and consulting regarding policies and standards and prepares information and documents for external authority.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR
  • Knowledge in MS-Office and SAP tools, Oracle
  • Strong understanding of employment law and policies, and employment legislation compensation, benefits, payroll, interpersonal development, employee relations;
  • Knowledge of multiple Human Resource disciplines including recruitment,compensation practices, organizational development, employee relations, diversity, performance, management, talent management;
  • Highly motivated, customer-centric and result oriented professional with strong communication skills
  • Ability to influence and inspire change with teams,
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and analytical skills,
