Reporting to HR BP Manager, we are looking for a HR Business Partner who aims to add value to his/her career with our highly motivated BP Team inQatar Location.

  • Bachelor's degree in related disciplines,
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, (Consultancy, Organizational Development or HR Generalist experience is an asset)
  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment and 2 years of HRBP experience,
  • Very good command of English both verbally and written, preferably Arabic,
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Customer service and result-oriented,
  • Collaborative, team player, multitasking,
  • Professional approach with a proactive attitude,
  • Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.

Job Description

  • Actively works on talent acqusition and recruitment plans, performs hiring interviews with line managers,
  • Follows & performs 3 months evaluation & exit interviews for the accounts that he/she is responsible for,
  • HR Business Partner will devise and deliver the overall HR Strategy, ensuring alignment with the business plan,
  • Acts as an HR interface with the line managers, responsible for consulting line managers regarding all of the HR areas and processes and take related actions,
  • HRBP will be an effective influencer in order to build credible partnering relationships with the people manager team to ensure we’re all pushing forward high performance culture and ensuring business needs are met,
  • HRBP will be able to implement new policies and processes, new ways of working and to see projects through from beginning to end.
