Rieter is the world’s leading supplier of systems for short-staple fiber spinning. Based in Winterthur (Switzerland), the company develops and manufactures machinery, systems and components used to convert natural and man-made fibers and their blends into yarns. Rieter is the only supplier worldwide to cover spinning preparation processes as well as all four end spinning processes currently established on the market. To further strengthen our growing operations; we are looking for a:

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER


Key responsibilities of the role will be :


  • Responsible for all HR related matters (recruitment, development, compensation and termination practice)
  • Executing the Payroll and Registration of all Employees located in Turkey, including Social Security Duties (multiple locations)
  • Secures alignment/information with Group HR and LU HRs regarding HR topics
  • Develop and implement local policies and guidelines to match best local practice (Company Car policy, Expense Policy, Code of Conduct policy etc.)
  • Drive the implementation of all Group HR guidelines and processes
  • Support People managers in implementing structured development and succession plans in cooperation with the global HRB
  • Organization of employee trainings
  • Be coach and sparring partner for leaderships tasks, change management activities and business development (in cooperation with global HRBP)
  • Administration Support on different subjects (e.g. Entry badges, Car Rentals, IT Equipment incl. Cell phones, laptops, etc.)
  • Ensures employee transport to the office
  • Involved in Group HR initiatives and projects to ensure that business needs get represented and are taken into account


Key Requirements :

  • University degree in related subject or master degree in Human Resources Management
  • A minimum of 5 – 10 years experiences in the field of global HRM
  • HRM Expert, deep knowledge in all different HR related matters
  • High level of entrepreneurial spirit
  • Good business know- how
  • Excellent analytical and strategic skills
  • Leading and managing change
