GENEL NİTELİKLER

As a HR Services Specialist, you will be a member of the HR global business services team in the Employee Life Cycle, Global Business Services, HR Services responsible for delivering HR service assistance to the HR community, business managers and employees. In this role you will assist internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders.


Your responsibilities:

  • Processing day-to-day HR requests related to multiple service lines (Employee Life Cycle, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits) while ensuring all quality, time and internal controls are maintained,
  • Communicating information about policies and standards to internal customers clearly and concisely to ensure adoption,
  • Delivering HR Service support to the HR community, business managers and employees according to defined Service Level Agreements,
  • Ensuring that all systems and databases remain up to date with current employee and organizational information,
  • maintaining a high level of data quality and providing on-demand reports where required,
  • Preparing reports and documents for authorities,
  • Identifying improvement opportunities and taking charge of process improvement projects,
  • Supporting smooth implementation of new company projects and transitions by providing data or participating to testing phases,
  • Supporting monthly Payroll and C&B process (Time and Attendance, Health and Life Insurance, ESAP, Onboarding etc.).


Your background:

  • University graduate in related fields,
  • Up to 3 years of experience in HR Services in a global company,
  • Knowledge of SAP, MS Office (Good knowledge of Excel is required),
  • Knowledge of Workday would be beneficial,
  • Excellent English language skills ( both verbal and written),
  • The ability to manage multiple demands on your time and to work in cross-functional teams,
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills,
  • A proactive way of working to serve customers with a “can-do” attitude.
