JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Political Science (A degree equivalency certificate issued by Turkish Council of Higher Education (YÖK) is required in case you completed your undergraduate studies abroad)
· Advanced level of spoken and written French and English language
· Good command of Microsoft Office tools, advanced analytical thinking skills
· Strong continuous learning and teamwork skills,
· Effective communication and organizational skills, multitasking, time management and follow-up skills, result, and solution oriented,
· Male candidates are required to have completed their military service

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Carry out operations related to international student enrolment,
· Provide support to various processes concerning international students (housing application, registration, and accommodation), and assist international students who do not stay in the university residence hall with other accommodation options,
· Perform, follow up and monitor visa, residence permit, health insurance, etc. processes for international students,
· Design and hold orientation programmes for international students,
· Initiate Buddy, Tandem and Tutor programmes for international students and ensure they are properly implemented and maintained,
· Serve as a bridge among faculty, staff, and international students,
· Assist international students with any problems they might encounter during their studies.
