We are seeking International Sales Regional Executive.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or a higher degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
  • 5 years of sales management experience in the industrial equipment field, and 10 years of work experience
  • Experience in written, content development, presentation and other oral communication skills in English
  • Results-driven, knowing negotiation strategies
  • Excellent analyzing, reporting and presentation skills
  • Preferably SAP knowledge
  • Having no obstacles to travel abroad frequently
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Basic business finance terms and financial control knowledge
  • Strong visual communication skills

ROLE PROFILE

  • Drives the organization with distributors, partners or and OEM’s and reporting to the International Sales Manager
  • Manages customer portfolio in the assigned region and territories, focuses
  • Executes the evaluation and quotation process of RFQ’ s and project demands from existing and new customers in coordination with related departments, finalize the quotation with the convenient commercial conditions and technical specification
  • Meets regional sales and financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual sales plan; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
  • Manages the Sales Support who follows up the orders, stock status, dispatching and payments of all the customers, monitors and organizes the sales process by working in coordination with planning, production and dispatching departments
  • Identifies and involves in customer development activities such as trade show, fairs and exhibitions, conferences, trainings and enlarge customer portfolio by taking active role to find out new customers
  • Prepares sales reports, business plans and reports for all current and potential business and reports status updates periodically
  • Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors
