- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or similar engineering departments of reputable universities
- At least 10 years maintenance system experience with 4 years managerial experience in chemistry sector
- Excellent command of English
- Proficient in using MS Office applications
- Excellent project management, problem solving and crisis management skills
- Must be analytical, creative minded and result oriented
- Strong coordination, communication and coaching skills
- Excellent OT and TPM knowledge
- Leading the change and taking initiative and decision making
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Having B type driving license and active driver

The position will be carrying out…
- To plan the investment, maintenance and energy budget of the company with the investment strategy and management of the budget,
- To develop, plan and manage projects to strengthen facility infrastructure, support existing facility operations and future growth plans,
- To develop the necessary systems to ensure that all activities related to facility infrastructure and assets comply with environmental and OHS requirements and legal regulations,
- To manage Facility and Technology development projects, planning project budgets, submitting them for approval and monitoring their effectiveness,
- To plan all maintenance activities of the company, calibrations and processes of measurement and control equipment, and to follow up their applications,
- To keep all the production field, infrastructure, controlling and automation systems in the best conditions,
- To plan and control the supply of materials and services for maintenance activities,
- To research and develop best-practice applications that will provide cost and efficiency advantages and to adapt new technologies to the system.
