QUALIFICATIONS
Yıldız Holding, one of the largest and fast growing groups of Turkey, is looking for "Investment and Project Specialist" who will work in Besler located in Kurtköy, Istanbul. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below.
- University Degree from Mechanical or Electric / Electronic Engineering,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Good knowledge of Maintenance and Project applications,
- Good knowledge of Manufacturing Technology (food are preferred),
- Good Level of MS Office applications, knowledge of SAP is preferred,
- Good communication and presentation skills,
- Good project management skills to deliver projects on time,
- Good interpersonal skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work closely with whole operation teams to deliver capital projects in terms of common Project implementation procedures.
- Ensure all necessary reporting and follow up on the Project Implementation, bearing responsibility for the accomplishment of the project within the agreed time schedule and financial budget. Co-ordinate delivery, start-up and commissioning of new capital projects in cooperation with Manufacturing.
- Take in charge in Turkey (İstanbul & Adana) factories and also our abroad projects which are located in Brunei.
- Preparing feasibility studies, creation of specifications file, execution of the tender process, preparation and following up the contract.
- Management of operational processes with internal and external vendors.
- Performing the improvement and development studies in work and related support processes.
- To develop new technical and operational projects and supporting to the system with reports.
