QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Junior Product Manager for a subsidiary of Petrol Ofisi A.Ş. called Petrolig who has the following qualifications to join our team in our Headquarters;


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or relevant fields
  • Masters, advanced degree, and / or MBA is desirable
  • 2+ years experience in product management in the F2P mobile games industry
  • Proven experience in managing across the complete product lifecycle, from initial concept to end-of-life
  • A good sense of gameplay experience and special attention to detail
  • Outstanding analytical skills with a focus on data-informed decision making, experimentation design, and data analysis
  • Quantitative modeling skills to estimate the effect of potential ideas and scenarios
  • Familiar with agile project management, with a focus on implementing Scrum events, building Scrum artifacts, and understanding Scrum roles
  • Being a self-starter: proactively identifying problems, building consensus, and driving the team toward solutions.
  • Passionate about startup environment
  • Experience with Excel and SQL is a big plus
  • Being a collaborative team player
  • Excellent command of English
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills.

    JOB PURPOSE


    In this role, Junior Product Manager who will be responsible for creating amazing game and building the best experience for our users in collaboration with a talented teams. This role has a key human element, as well; Junior Product Manager need to be able to help drive and motivate team members across all disciplines and to curate a positive and productive team culture. This role will work closely with management, IT and marketing teams and strategic partners.


    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop a strategic roadmap for improving the experience for players
    • Develop test plans for new features, including forming hypotheses, variant configurations, and quantitative success criteria
    • Manage feature development from concept to launch, then make live optimizations based on analysis and player feedback to further improve performance
    • Analyze and report on game feature performance, from high-level KPIs to deep dives into specific game systems and mechanics
    • Takes full responsibility of the games from design to their main metrics
    • Working with data to help validate/invalidate hypotheses about the game economy
    • Work with the management team and stakeholders to prioritize the highest-impact features for improving revenue and retention to improve LTV
    • Closely follow mobile game trends and gather market intelligence
    • Effectively communicating with different stakeholders and teams
    • Set, then deliver, business goals for new features
    • Present product updates, KPIs, and other analyses to everyone from executives to various stakeholders
