QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Achieve the agreed monthly/quarterly/yearly sales and/or profit goals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics for products/services, new markets and new applications.
  • Work together with Sales Director to ensure all possible actions are taken to secure business in competitive situations.
  • Share market knowledge and customer feedback with Senior Management, Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Documentation of sales activities via CRM system
  • Introduce Allianz Partners to new markets - Industrial/Academic/Governmental.
  • Drive business expansion in collaboration with operations
  • Build a business reference network for business expansion.


Qualifications:

  • University degree in a related area
  • Preferably work experience in multinational companies for minumum 5 years
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Able to deeply build an understanding of Key Account customers' strategic intent and current position,
  • Analytical, strong planning, presentation and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills and highly developed persuasiveness, influencing and negotiating skills
  • Building strong relationships and networks both locally and internationally.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office applications
  • Active driver (License Class B) with no travel restrictions
