QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Achieve the agreed monthly/quarterly/yearly sales and/or profit goals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics for products/services, new markets and new applications.
- Work together with Sales Director to ensure all possible actions are taken to secure business in competitive situations.
- Share market knowledge and customer feedback with Senior Management, Sales and Marketing teams.
- Documentation of sales activities via CRM system
- Introduce Allianz Partners to new markets - Industrial/Academic/Governmental.
- Drive business expansion in collaboration with operations
- Build a business reference network for business expansion.
Qualifications:
- University degree in a related area
- Preferably work experience in multinational companies for minumum 5 years
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Able to deeply build an understanding of Key Account customers' strategic intent and current position,
- Analytical, strong planning, presentation and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and highly developed persuasiveness, influencing and negotiating skills
- Building strong relationships and networks both locally and internationally.
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications
- Active driver (License Class B) with no travel restrictions
