We are looking for a Training & Development Specialist teammate to be assigned to ourHuman Resources department.


Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or related areas
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Good command of MS Office applications
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Having innovation & creativity skills
  • Strong ability to follow up in all areas of her/his responsibility
  • Live/Willing to live in Izmit


Job Description

  • Carrying out the activities needed to design and manage all the training services from the definition of the training needs to the design of the training projects and of the related structure/contents

  • Carry out the activities aimed at assuring the design and update of the tools that support employees development activities (competence mapping systems, performance management tools, and so on)

  • To carry out the organization at the local level for the projects realized at the global level within the scope of the Learning & Development Process

  • Supporting the manager in the functional coordination of activities at the region/country level

  • Creating the annual learning & development plan after the training needs analysis.

  • Ensuring that the realizing of the all training plan

  • Cooperating in the negotiations with the suppliers of HR training or development services

  • Measurement of evaluation of trainings

  • Preparing regular KPI reports and follow up measures
