QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for learning experience designer who can create sophisticated and engaging content that connects and motivates learners. The right candidate will have a pasion for learning experience design with user experience mindset and ensuring we meet the desired learning objectives. They are solution-focused, collaborative, and creative problem-solvers. This position requires agility and a proven ability to manage multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
- Complete needs analysis and recommend effective learning solutions for the organization
- Review ad deeply understand existing training programs and the persona; suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning and retention and or to meet the changing needs of the organization
- Develop strategies for integrating learning solutions with digital learning methodologies ensuring a smooth blended approach for learners
- Design, develop, and maintain course materials (including eLearning materials, video, presentations, quizzes and questionnaries, etc.)
- Create relevant blended learning material that supports learner-centric experiences
Oualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields, preferably Computer Education and Instructional Design graduate
- Minimum 3 years of active and hands on experience in the Learning Technologies/Digital Learning field
- A passion in learning design methodologies and/or digital instructional design experience
- Experience in gamification and game-based learning is expected
- Experience with Wordpress LMS tools and understanding of how an LMS does function
- Expertise in using/managing learning technologies (LMS, LXP) and authoring tools (e.g Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, Storyline, etc)
- Experience with tools like Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere is desirable
- Hands on experience with SCORM/AICC/xAPI and integration of content packages
- Ability to successfully work on multiple projects simultaneously and drive these through to completion
