ICBC Turkey Bank is currently searching for a Specialist to be in charge of “Legislation and Compliance ” in our Internal Control and Compliance Department with the following qualifications:
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree from related departments,
· Min. 2 years of Legislation and Compliance experience in the fields of foreign exchange legislation and compliance,
· Good command of English,
· Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills,
· Analytical thinking ability,
JOB DESCRIPTION
Employees to be hired will be in charge of the following fields;
· Conducting studies for ensuring the compliance of the all the activities that the Bank has performed to regulations, bank policies and procedures as well as banking practices,
· Carrying out follow-up studies for taking the actions specified in the new regulations and the instructions of the official institutions,
· Carrying out studies for the identification, recognition and monitoring of the transactions of the Bank's customers, development of the Bank's policies and procedures,
· Carrying out the necessary activities to prevent the risks that the Bank may be exposed to in the field of anti-money laundering, performing risk management, monitoring and control activities, developing the existing system, informing the employees, giving consultancy and training,
· Performing sanctions lists and controls of customers and transactions,
· Ensuring that errors and deficiencies that have been determined with regard to the law, regulation, internal policies and procedures are corrected and completed.
· Conducting the necessary works within the scope of compliance with the regulations of FATCA, CRS, etc.,
· Fulfilling other responsibilities in the field of compliance, such as meeting the information and reporting requests, etc.
