HONOR is going to hire Logistic manager

Work Description:

1. Weekly CPFR with Clients togehter with Sales, Updateing Delivery Plan to clients basing on alloction;

2. Control PO Sign Status basing on Delivery Plan;

3. Release PO in system for HQ fulfilment, Control Clients Payment process against Delivery plan;

4. Control HQ production against promised delivery plan;

5. Control Broker to confirm all docs at the same day;

6. Collect all necessary Docs from HQ to Register TAC;

7. Weekly Coorinate with Finance about bugdet plan for all customs tax and duty;

8. Work together with HQ to monitor international transportation to arrive at Istanbul basing on promised SLA;

9. Control Broker to fulfill cusotms clearance within promised SLA;

10. Control Broker to finish resgister IMEI registration to BTK & TRT bandrol application;

11. Control Broker to pay all 3-party charges to realease customs declaration;

12. Make appointment with Clietns about delivery time slot if necessary,Send Shipping advice to Clients with necessary docs after BTK approval, release transportation order to logistic company;

13. Organize and ensure all the required products with right quantity delivered to designated customer warehouse on required time, maximum safety and cost efficiency;

14. Controllogistic company to fulfill delivery, upload POD to system in promised SLA to close revenue;

15. Manage claims from clients;

16. Lead or support for Supply Process and IT optimization;

17. Review KPI with Brokers monthly, action improvement and follow to close;

18. Lead to solve various logistic and customs clearance issues if any exceptions;

19. Other tasks assigned by management.

Position Requirements:

?Required professional knowledge?

Ø Bachelor or above;

Ø 5 years electronic industry supply chain experience; 3 years above import trade or customs compliance or logistics background / experience;

Ø Have background of government resource is preferred.

Ø Fast learner and result driven;

Ø Good communication and problem solving skills;

Ø Teamwork player and proactive attitude;

Ø Able to work under pressure;

Ø Skilled at Excel, macro more preferred;

Ø Fluent oral and written English, Chinese is preferred;
