QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or Electric and Electronics Engineering,
  • Master’s Degree is a plus,
  • Good command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset,)
  • Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes,
  • Be able to fit flexible working hours
  • A team player with a flexible and open thinking structure
  • Be able to empathize and make statements about team management
  • Completed military service for male candidates
  • Capable of analytical thinking and analysis
  • Be able to take the initiative and make decisions in critical situations
  • Who can be successful and develop process management
  • Residents of Manisa or Izmir will be able to
  • Preferably someone who knows the SAP program
  • Preferably worked on 3D model creation, machining that can draw and program for CNC

JOB DESCRIPTION;

  • To carry out maintenance activities according to the company's vision
  • Preparing annual maintenance plans taking into account production needs
  • Managing maintenance processes
  • Analyzing and directing resources according to production priority in unplanned stops
  • Ensuring production continuity with temporary measures in critical situations
  • Improving performance in line with the company's goals
  • To be able to plan equipment installations and draw placements
  • Commissioning automations, providing production and maintenance trainings
  • Improving the OHS Ergonomics conditions for the equipment track
  • Taking permanent actions by reporting unplanned stops
  • Monitoring and improving maintenance performance indicators (such as MTTR, MTBF)
  • Conducting and directing TPM activities to improve overall equipment efficiency
  • Conducting studies to reduce spare parts costs (such as reducing consumption and finding alternative sources)
  • To follow the spare parts equipment investment processes
  • To follow the annual project plans.


Eligible candidates will be invited to following processes: Tests (General Aptitude, English, Personality Inventory) and interviews (HR interview, technical interviews with line managers and Top Management evaluations).
