QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
PROCESS ENGINEER – MAKE YOUR OWN
Position Purpose
The incumbent coordinates the production of MYO Packaging the direction of daily production, maintenance and cleaning plans.
The position will be reporting to Tobacco Processing Manager.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the production of planned amount for MYO packaging within JTI manufacturing standards and specifications.
- Closely follow up performance for MYO packaging machine, generating performance reports, addressing machine problems and breakdowns to responsible parties, organizing activities for equipment efficiency, coordinating technical training for the operators under his/her supervision.
- Understand the health and safety aspects of the work, identify the potential risks and ensure appropriate measures are in place.
- Support overall technical activities in Primary, Mechanical and Electronic Periodical Maintenance Plan realization, spare part ordering and budgetary studies and monthly follow up.
- Take part in primary KPI improvement studies and related actions to maintain a sustainable process.
- Supporting effective administration and follow up on month-end closing activities and Tobacco yield reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical-Electronical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering,
- 2-3 years of similar work experience,
- Analytical minded and able to interpret and analyse data,
- Advanced level of English knowledge,
- Advanced knowledge/experience working with MS Office applications.
