First things first: What is this role about?


We are Insider, the world’s first Integrated Growth Management Platform that is loved by marketers crafting experiences for the world’s most renowned enterprise brands. We help enterprise brands connect customer data across channels, predict future behavior with AI and individualize experiences. We are expanding our Marketing nation across 25 countries and currently, we are looking for a new team member as a Marketing Manager. So we asked our VPs of Marketing, Regional Marketing Managers, Country Managers, and Sales Teams to tell us what they would expect from our Marketing Manager, and this is what they told us.


What you will do day in and day out


Branding & Retention

  • Monitor Insider’s media coverage frequently
  • Conduct extensive research and competitive analyses
  • Create, optimize, and evolve retention marketing strategies to keep clients
  • Attend brainstorming sessions, create marketing campaign briefs for reputation management
  • Generate ideas to gain more media coverage


Content Creation & Management

  • Manage the day-to-day handling of Insider's Turkish social media accounts such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube
  • Develop creative social media strategies and adapt content to suit different channels
  • Build and manage email campaigns, send monthly Turkish newsletters
  • Analyze email campaign performance and suggest improvements, do A/B testing
  • Write and produce presentations and press releases


Event Management

  • Foster good community relations through organizing and attending promotional events such as roundtables, webinars, physical/hybrid events
  • Come up with suggestions to enhance the events’ success
  • Prepare event budgets, analyze event’s success and prepare reports


What we expect from you

  • You have a BSc degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
  • You have 3+ years of experience in the field of marketing
  • You can work effectively in an agile, fast-growing, and challenging environment
  • You have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • You have a good command of both written and spoken English
  • You are obsessed with details and has a strong eye for detail
  • You know your way around Google Drive Applications and WordPress or other Content Management Software
  • You are a confident, self-motivated person with a flexible and proactive approach
  • You have hands-on experience working in a results-oriented team environment
  • You are able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing task priorities and workload
  • You have the ability to manage ambiguity while fostering an example of professionalism and leadership
  • You have an energetic positive attitude, a strong sense of humor, and a hearty appetite for growth
  • You are a great team player
