QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Sous Chefs
We are currently looking for enthusiastic and real passionate Sous Chefs for a la carte fine dining restaurants within Merit International Casinos.
- You must have a solid and good classic and well trained restaurant background
- A minimum of 3 year experience in a similar role and within a fast-paced environment. Experience in a luxury venue would be a distinct advantage.
· A creative flair and exceptional attention to detail
- Leadership and delegation skills, including the ability to train and mentor the kitchen team;
- Working alongside the Head and Executive Chef to produce all aspects of the sections
· Agood level of spoken English
- Both Food Hygiene & HACCP knowledge would be desirable and computer skills are necessary
