QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary

As a member of the Seating Manufacturing Engineering Team, the role of the Method Improvement Assistant Manager is to manage and lead serial product optimizing activities with related requirements and standards with his/her team.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Automotive Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience (preferable in the Automotive Industry)
  • Team management skill
  • Involved in project commissioning processes before in the automotive sector
  • Good enough technically at communication in English (both in correspondence and dialogue),
  • PFMEA – MTM – Capacity Analyses – Layout Study knowledge.
  • Advanced MS Office skills,
  • SAP knowledge is a plus.
