We are looking for an Night Manager who must have;

  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Good knowledge of English,
  • Previous supervisory experience in Front Office within the hotel,
  • Solution orientated, motivator, flexible and a team player,
  • Open minded view on change and improvements,
  • Good understanding of financial controls and night audit processes.


İŞ TANIMI

  • He/She Is responsible of D Maris Bay guests, employees and general of management during the night operation.
  • Lead all the night operation first of all with guest satisfaction and he/she is obliged to do a duty till the hotel management starts the work.
  • Supervise Front Desk operations during your assigned shift to a consistently high standards,
  • Monitor the staff's interaction with guests, ensuring prompt and courteous service; resolve discrepancies with respective personnel,
  • Ensure that all personnel are kept well informed of department objectives and policies,
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings/line-ups with staff and review all information pertinent to the day's business,
  • Attend to Guests’ enquiries, requests, complaints and compliments,
  • Access all function of computer system according to established procedures and standards,
  • Observe guest reactions and confer frequently with staff to ensure guest satisfaction,
  • Provide quality service with colleagues to the guests by responding to requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout the guest's experience,
  • Maintain professional image while on duty with well grooming hygiene and prescribed uniform.
