- Minimum 8-10 years’ relevant experience
- Logistic or relevant Industrial experience
- Bachelor degree in Engineering
- Certification from a recognized E-OHS institution (CSP, NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH, IEMA, etc.)
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Good verbal and written English skills
- Systems and computer literacy
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead and develop Arvato SCS E-OHS Management Systems for the continuity of the ISO 14001 and 45001 certifications and granting of the ISO: 22301 certificates
- Identify best practices to reduce work-related risks and raise safety awareness and improve safe working practices
- Provide technical guidance and leadership within the organization and support operational and investment decision-making processes
- Develop and program training modules on Safe Operations Procedures, where needed
- Ensure that the legal HSE compliance is followed and required actions are delivered to the related teams within the organization
- Define minimum Functional Specifications and liaise with Platform and Project Management Teams to ensure that the functional specifications are embedded as Technical Specifications
- Conduct and coordinate Internal and External Audits to ensure compliance throughout all operational units
- Lead and assist the operation teams to Platform Risk Assessments (PRA’s) to identify critical hazards and environmental aspects to mitigate or eliminate defined risks
- Drive the awareness, understanding, and implementation of the corrective and preventive actions against incidents and near-misses to strengthen the Loss Prevention Program and Zero-Accident Culture
- Support technical and engineering teams throughout the investment projects to Ensure Safe Delivery and hand over to Operations by execution of the Permit to Work System
- Ensure proper communication of Deviation Alerts and corporate initiatives across sites
- Assist operation in ensuring all the execution in compliance with legal regulations as well as OHS-E standards
- Hold the responsible role for reporting of the environmental and sustainability data in the corporate format
- Follow the legal OHS-E correspondence to conclusion and prepare legal documentation and dossiers when needed
