GENEL NİTELİKLER
· Execute OFR operations without differentiating between export, import, LCL, FCL or cross in line with internal standards and customer SOP’s.
· Create flexibility in the OFR team to balance work load across OFR product teams while keeping the service level high.
· Ensure accurate and timely movement of freight and information among all stakeholders.
· Take commercial responsibility for assigned customers. Has full ownership of created files.
· To arrange end to end OFR operations. Sends offer, collects booking confirmation and provides information flow among all stakeholders including invoicing with.
· To take GP responsibility on file basis.
· To analyze customer’s needs and expectations and offer suitable solutions.
· To keep customer satisfaction at highest level.
· Works in line with SOP’s and COP’s prepared for related customer.
· To take commercial responsibility for assigned customers by:
· Send Quotations using Quoteshop
· Churn Follow up
· Up & Cross Selling
· Customer Visits
· Interacts with OCC & PCM, Finance, Sales and other related cross function when required.
· Perform tasks as per OFR Manager’s and Team Leader’s instructions.
· Works in line with DHL rules and standard.
· Bachelor Degree
· Minimum 3 years of experience on ocean freight operations
· Good English skills, both written and spoken
· Good use of Microsoft Office skills
· Strong communication, coordination and organization skills.
· Customer focused, excellent team player.
· Rigorous, careful and solution focused
· No military service obligation for male candidates
