Your tasks:
- It carries out the follow-up of the customers’ Ocean Freight at the desired time and ensures the coordination of the whole process.
- Executes the offer process with pricing guidance to sales teams or customers to gain existing customers or new customers.
- Shares relevant documents and documents with the customer.
- Offers alternative solutions to customers.
- Responsible for month-end closing, cost control, invoice approval processes.
- Follows customer payment processes.
- Responsible for tracking and implementation processes of customers’ SOPs and KPIs
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in Ocean Freight and Customer Service
- Proficiency in MS Office programs and good command of English
- Strong communication skills, proactive and solution oriented.
- Based in Mersin
