Qualifications:
University degree
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative/management assistant position preferably in a multinational company, supporting at the management level
Good command of both written and spoken English
Ability to prepare presentations and reports using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint )
Sales and marketing vision to obtain Banner's "customers first" philosophy while receiving and answering calls.
Excellent coordination, planning, problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure
Advanced organizational and communication skills with attention to details and deadlines
Ability to re-prioritize and work with multi-functional tasks
Job Description:
Assisting the country manager in daily management routines and being an indispensable part of a well-run office
Assisting the management by acting internally and externally as a problem identification and resolution resource, answering questions, providing guidance, and supporting the team
Taking care of office expenses and preparing necessary sheets for pre-accounting
Coordinating, organizing, scheduling appointments, events, interviews, meetings, business travels, and/or similar activities
Gathering, consolidating, reporting, and/or translating related documents and activities
Effectively communicating with all parties at all levels internally and externally (by mail, telephone, documentation, etc.)
