We are looking for a "Office Executive Team" to join our growing CEO Office Team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or Master Degree of universities preferably from faculty of economics and administrative sciences, faculty of engineering departments,
- Excellent command of both written and spoken in English,
- Preferably with 1-3 years of work experience in areas such as finance, audit, digital operation, e-commerce, production and logistic operations in a demanding and high paced environment,
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills,
- Proactive, self-motivated, diligent and trustworthy.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supporting the work requested by the CEO,
- As an internal communication activity; to support the establishment of an efficient ground in the communication of the senior management with other teams and to ensure the internal communication flow of management decisions,
- Preparing and reporting strategic works,
- Collaborating between the CEO and senior management, to follow the sectoral developments closely and to carry out analysis studies, to report the results of the studies to the senior management,
- To take part as a researcher, consultant or representative for the works assigned by the CEO,
- To assume the role of representative in all transactions to be assigned by the CEO.
