· Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree,
· Has worked as a manager at least 5 years in call center sector,
· Compatibility with both remote and in-person work (Covid-permitting of course).Having experience in team management and effective leadership,
· Good knowledge of call center technologies and processes,
· Able to manage corporate customer relations and business development,Expert in MS Office Programs,
· Advance level of English

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an Operations Manager who will manage the projects affiliated to her/him in accordance with the strategies of EchoCCS and the contracts made with the corporate customer and will be responsible for the coordination of the operation.
· Design, development and preparation of the operation reports covering the responsibility area,
· Manage and improve the service quality of outsource call center with a proactive approach by following trends, technologies and strategies,
· Coach, mentor and assist partner management teams in identifying trends and establishing call center KPIs.
