General Qualifications

  • If you have at least a Bachelor's degree
  • If you speak fluent in English (both written & verbal),
  • If you have analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills
  • Having a minimum of 5 years of work experience in the insurance industry or different sectors (Customer experience and management is preferred)MS Office programlarını iyi düzeyde kullanabilen
  • Analytical thinking skills that can simplify complex problems and create quick solutions
  • Negotiation and diplomacy skills to establish partnerships with internal stakeholders
  • Having the ability to improve and produce new solutions in all different marketing processes with high determination


Job Description

  • Identifying and defining the KPIs needed to perfect customer management
  • Taking the necessary actions as a member of the Auto Insurance team in order to achieve the targets determined in accordance with the holistic customer experience and strategy of the company.
  • Leading the implementation of the “Customer Experience” methodology and supporting team members
  • Taking the necessary actions to achieve the determined NPS targets of the company
  • Performing Customer Segmentation management and creating segment-based strategies and marketing activities
  • Identifying and defining the necessary KPIs to perfect customer management
  • Performance monitoring of all KPIs and taking necessary actions within the framework of customer management
  • Carrying out actions and executing projects in accordance with the determined customer strategy plan
