GENEL NİTELİKLER

We are looking for a PA& Office Assistant for our office located in Levent, Istanbul.

The person will be responsible for:

  • Assisting and organizing the Office Director’s agenda including meetings, travels, visitors and admin
  • Preparing documents, and reports for office and Director
  • Managing travel and accommodation bookings
  • Managing reception, phone calls, meeting rooms, postal parcels and visitors
  • Organising interviews with the candidates
  • Supporting office related purchasing and maintainance issues
  • Actively supporting HR and Admin Department


Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a university
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a PA and Office Assistant
  • Good level of written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Solution oriented, pro-active, self-motivated, positive thinker, presentable
  • Good organizational and time management skills,
  • Can-do attitude, flexible and eager to learn
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (included PowerPoint and Excel)
