We are looking for a PA& Office Assistant for our office located in Levent, Istanbul.
The person will be responsible for:
- Assisting and organizing the Office Director’s agenda including meetings, travels, visitors and admin
- Preparing documents, and reports for office and Director
- Managing travel and accommodation bookings
- Managing reception, phone calls, meeting rooms, postal parcels and visitors
- Organising interviews with the candidates
- Supporting office related purchasing and maintainance issues
- Actively supporting HR and Admin Department
Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a university
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a PA and Office Assistant
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Excellent communication skills,
- Solution oriented, pro-active, self-motivated, positive thinker, presentable
- Good organizational and time management skills,
- Can-do attitude, flexible and eager to learn
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (included PowerPoint and Excel)
