Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum 4 years of procurement activities in Logistics Services and advanced level of contract management
• Strong communication, persuasion and analytic skills
• Digitalization mindset
• Good team player, self-disciplined, result-oriented with planning and organization skills
• Good level of computer skills, MS Office programs (Advanced MS-Excel knowledge is an asset)
• Excellent level of English and German is an asset
• No military service obligation for male candidates


Job Description

• Responsible for the procurement of Inbound, Outbound, Domestic Transportations, (airfreight, road, rail)
• Works cooperatively and collaboratively with Logistics Departments in Turkey and Germany
• Thinking digital transformation and development oriented on his/her field
• Designing and implementing business needs with business partners
• Preparing the contracts and documents necessary to ensure that confidentiality and compliance obligations are fulfilled by all parties
• Managing tenders and bidding activities, evaluation of the proposals in accordance with the defined processes
• Conducting negotiations with the suppliers on cost, quality, payment and delivery terms optimization
• Developing good communication and relationship within the team, organization and with the suppliers
• Monitoring, managing and reporting all operational issues
• Communicating and solving problems with the suppliers
