- Graduated preferably from engineering departments of universities,
- 5 years of experience in digital product management,
- Knowing the e-commerce and logistics processes,
- Thinking analytically, loving to solve problems, finding practical and permanent solutions,
- Applying Agile methodology and Scrum,
- Developed communication skills, prone to teamwork,
- Energetic, creative, positive and result oriented,
- Likes to work with data,
- Open to self-development, following new technologies and easily adapting to these technologies,
- Male candidates must have completed military service,
- Residing in Istanbul,
We are looking for "Product Owner".
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Understanding and coordinating product strategy, roadmap, quality standards by working closely with product, design and software teams,
- Backlog management, meeting the demands from the stakeholders, prioritizing them in line with the product and company goals and managing their developments,
- Prioritizing user problems and turning them into stories that can be developed and published in a sprint,
- Ensuring the simplification of the work assigned to the design and software teams in cases where the requirements are complex,
- Following best practices in Agile & product management and ensuring that sprints are run more efficiently each time,
- Determining KPIs together with the Product and Data teams, providing the necessary integrations for reporting them and reporting the reports via Google Analytics
- Following up the products/applications at home and abroad, benchmark analysis, sharing with the product team,
- Establishing a product strategy so that it can find growth channels in its sector or in new areas,
- Quantitative and qualitative confirmation that the improvements solve the users' problems, and sharing the achievements with the product team
