QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferably +3 years of experience in a related role
- Experience in SAP
- Solid analytical thinking skills with problem solving and interpersonal relationship skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Main Responsibilities:
- Guarantee the definition of models and production cycles and the optimization of process cost, labor costs and process related production factors (weightings, production wastes, personnel)
- Supervise and coordinate the production related industrial documentation updates
- Perform economic analysis and simulations to support plant technical, managerial and organizational decisions
- Provide in/direct production factors requirements to support budget definition, contributing to the calculation of product cost (for both standard and new products)
- Assure a methodological support for plant related industrial investments evaluation and consequential control on state of works
- Manage product’s master data: verify attachments and documentation related to all material used, and perform controls on the right execution of workflows provided by the IT system
- Improve production processes’ efficiency
- Assure a continuous control on plant management, in terms of production data analysis, prompt and systematic elaboration of management performance indicators
