We are looking for a Production Manager to work with us.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field,

· At least 10 year’s experience in field and 3 years management experience in automotive industry ,

· Manufacturing experience in iron sheet or automotive industries.

· Strong communication and presentation skills for customer, supplier and internal organization,

· Knowledge about IATF 16949 an dcore tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA),

· Good command of MS Office programs,

· Strong communication and management skills, problem solving tools and lean production technics,

· Fluency in written and spoken English,

· Living or willing to live in İzmit,

· Willingness to travel.

Job Descripton:

· Managing production activities in accordance with customer requests in new projects,

· Managing Daily and weekly production plan of plant and related reports according to customer demand with sales department and production department,

· Guide and ensure forecast delivery, inventory control, reserve capacity, support demand, and allocation processes in collaboration with relevant departments,

· Contribute towards the achievement of the company's strategic and operational objectives,

· Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders,

· Leading the production team,

· Managing trainings of team and instructions of production processes,

· Taking an active role in the FMEA team,

· Problem countermeasure development and confirmation,

· Maintain a safe production environment,

· Follow up specifications & regulations,

· Problem countermeasure development and confirmation,

· Analyze & Reporting production trends.
