Location: İzmir
Qualifications;
- University degree, preferably in Agricultural Engineering or business administration, economy, engineering..ect
- Minimum 5 years of job experience,
- Knowledge of certification process
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP systems
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Turkish -Native
- English -Advanced

Job Description;
- Support Head of Seeds regarding the production for implementing the strategy of EMEA seed business according to Seeds S&OP approach.
- Prepare all production agreement with ginners.
- Creating the BOMs and recipes in SAP, creating purchase requisitions, purchase orders for tolling and delintation processes, making the stock transfers in the SAP system to ensure payments are done to vendor accounts.
- Ensure all marketing plan and activities in collaboration with Head of Seeds.
- Collect all raw material orders, master data creation and orders follow up.
- Identification and active pursuit of potential synergy and coordination with the existing local BASF local structure to improve performance and market position of BASF-Seeds.
- Prepare all document in order to import seeds for development and production purpose. Ensure all steps on SAP in order to export commercial seeds.
- Support the certification process for commercial seeds.
- Prepare and follow up all documents and requirements for Steawardship approach.
- Ensure all marketing plan and activities for country level
- Follow up the country production plan
- Follow up payments process on SAP system.
- Prepare all documents for importation and exportation process.
