QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- University degree in Engineering departments preferably with an MBA or Master (MSc) degree
- At least 5 years of management experience in Chemical production plants (Cosmetics, detergent, or pharmaceutical experience is an asset)
- Technical experience in Liquids/Powders Packaging Technologies
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement& efficiency tools are preferred (6S, Kaizen, OEE, TPM, Lean 6 Sigma)
- Good knowledge of PC and MS Office applications
- Experienced with SAP production and planning modules
- Fluent in English and Turkish
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
- Ability to work as a self-motivated team member
- Strong problem solving and result orientation skills
- Resident in Istanbul Anatolian Side or İzmit
- No military obligation for male candidates
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a "Production Packaging Leader" who will be responsible for planning, coordination, and control of the Plant Packaging operations in our Gebze factory.
Key responsibilities are;
- Managing the Production Packaging operations
- Ensuring the production is cost-effective
- Ensuring health and safety guidelines are followed
- Supervising and motivating a team of workers
- Working out the human and material resources needed
- Identifying training needs
- Introducing product and/or process development projects
- Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs
- Liaising among different departments
- Working with colleagues to implement the company's policies and goals
- Reviewing the performance of subordinates
