Barchelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably in Industrial Engineering or related fields)
8 years of experience in Supply Chain/Planning (At least 5 years of management experience in production systems),
Experience in optimization of inventory and efficiency of production lines,
Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
Proficient in MS Office applications (Preferably Oracle Production Planning experience)
Excellent planning, organization and coordination skills,
Excellent interpersonal skills with a result-oriented approach,
Highly motivated and eager to participate in a dynamic work environment,

Managing production planning teams,
Leading responsibility for the execution of the SCM main goals of inventory, production and delivery performance aligning to company strategies and creating mid term business strategies,
Manage Subcontractor Vendors relationships management and delivery order approval and price management,
Approval and management of business unit purchase requisions based on material requirement planning,
Leading change management processes derived from design change requests and projects from R&D department,
Periodical reporting for inventory and delivery performance to top management,
Business plan preparation and leading other related organization functions for the fullfillment,
Working in close cooperation with Demand Planning, Sales Operation, Purchasing, Logistics and Production Units,
Motive and manage team members development and sustainibility and motive towards future roles of the department,
