We are looking for a "Production Planning Manager" for our client. Our client is one of the leading industrial product companies in Turkey operating at a global scale.

Responsibilities

· Leads integrated business planning cycle at production sites, coordinates all product supply activities,

· Coordinates dispatching the production requirements to available capacity,

· Leads production planning on monthly, weekly cycles and daily production scheduling activities,

· Collaborates with demand planning, purchasing and operations to ensure right product and material are supplied at the right time. Resolves or coordinates issue and conflict resolution Improves planning systems and processes,

· Following production steps on time delivery rate,

· Aggregates production requirements from different customers for plant,

· Balancing the supply and demand between customer and production.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree preferably in Industrial Engineering,

· At least 10 years of experience preferably in machinery, steel or automotive industry in planning department,

· Experienced in project based production,

· People management experience,

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills,

· Fluency in English, written and verbal is essential.
